Heat Induction Fiberglass Liner Removal

Faster. Safer. Eco-friendly

Magnetic heat induction removes fiberglass liners by using high frequency magnetic fields to heat the underlying metal substrate rather than the liner itself.  This rapid localized heating breaks the adhesive bond between the metal and the liner, allowing it to be easily scraped away with out flame or chemical damage.

Why Heat Induction?

It is the fastest of all fiberglass removal methods.

Pros

  • Very low dust
  • Minimal waste
  • Precise and controlled
  • Quiet operation
  • Good for any thickness of laminates

Cons

  • Only works on conductive substrates
  • Requires scraping after heating
  • Heat damage minimal possibility

Magnetic heat induction is a faster and safer method of fiberglass liner removal, with little to no environmental impact.  This technology eliminates unnecessary waste disposal, and possible injuries from conventional wet blast and abrasive blast methods.  This all equates to financial and schedule savings to our customers.
