For more than 30 years, Supreme Plant Services has cleaned asphalt tanks and lines for asphalt plants, terminals, refineries, roofing manufacturers, and bulk storage facilities, for both private companies and public entities. Our high-performance hydro-blasting uses ultra-high-pressure water to remove hardened asphalt, rubber, polymer, and blends, with no chemicals or abrasives, while protecting the integrity of your tanks and coils.
No Door Sheet Cuts Required
We clean tanks through your existing manways. That means no cutting a door sheet, and no costly, time-consuming hydro-testing and welding inspections afterward. Your tank gets cleaned and goes straight back into service.
From Bulk Removal to Final Clean
We bring the right equipment for every level of buildup:
- Bulk removal: For tanks with heavy asphalt residual, our own skid steers and attachments remove the bulk of the material.
- Haul-off: Large debris is loaded into roll-off boxes for disposal before the residual cleanup.
- Final clean: Our crews use low-volume, high-pressure blasting units to remove the final residual.

We Build Our Own Scaffolding
Our crews are trained in scaffold building, and Supreme owns the scaffold material. If your tank walls need to be cleaned to the top, there’s no need to bring in a third-party company to build rolling scaffolds.
Water Reclamation That Saves You Money
Our water reclamation system means a vacuum truck isn’t needed until the very end of the project for final water disposal:
- A blower vacuum pulls broken-down asphalt and water into a hopper that catches the larger pieces.
- The water is pumped through a screening system to remove finer debris.
- A dual-stage filter pot system removes the final particles.
- The clean water goes back to the hydro-blast unit for reuse.
The result is less water needed from you and less water going to disposal: a significant cost savings.
Asphalt Reclamation and Recycling
Asphalt removed from your tank doesn’t have to be waste. When the product is still usable, we can reclaim it and return it to you, turning a cleanout cost into recovered value.

Trained Blasting Crews
We put many hours into training our blasting crews. Every blaster completes third-party training plus hands-on training in the field with an experienced blasting trainer, which creates an environment of confidence and safety on every job. Every crew is confined space entry trained, and we can provide rescue-trained personnel when requested.
